Co-Creation

The principle of co-creation is a core element of our course experience, woven into our program and carried throughout the learning journey. Why is it so important to us?

Fostering a sense of agency in participants is part of our mission. That’s why it is one of the four core values of Creating Transformative Cultures. Agency is the ability to respond to and participate in our reality — and, most importantly, in our shared reality: the collective space. This community experience offers an opportunity to practice agency within the incubator of our five-week container.

Participation isn’t primarily goal-oriented. You don’t need to “do” something specific to be an active participant. It is, above all, an inner attitude of engagement and presence — whether through active listening, sharing information that expands collective awareness, or proposing and initiating an activity.

Co-creation is the reminder that we are all in this together. The world and the society humans have built are ongoing, collective acts of co-creation. Every decision and every inner attitude we embody has an impact, even when we feel isolated or powerless.

Who hasn’t been told that power-over is the only way to shape the world? We believe otherwise. Tapping into our creativity, authenticity, care, and embodied self is a powerful inner stance — one that ripples far beyond the walls of separation, habits, and power dynamics. It carries the potential to impact our world and environment in ways that often exceed our perception.
