Transformative Cultures
Our course is a fusion of the requirements offered by the EDE curriculum, and what we have discovered being at the core of adult education, that we are implementing and refining every year since 2016. Our programme called Creating Transformative Cultures is in constant evolution, through the participant’s feedback along the years, the evolving worldwide context, and the emergent topics and processes of each year’s participants group.
The course is composed of a series of curated workshops, group sessions, individual and small group collaborative explorations. Our programme focusses on exercises, practices and tools that supports each participant to deepen their relationship with themselves, others and the world, as a base to find their authentic expression.
Creating transformative cultures is an empowering individual and collective process of re-imagining our relationship with the world and ourselves in a time of unprecedented challenges.
We believe the unprecedented crises of our time challenge us to reimagine what it means to be human: inter-connected, compassionate, and in service of life. Our innate inter-dependence with the planetary ecosystems calls us to social and ecological justice for all life on Earth.
By hosting a space of co-creation, authentic expression and community, we cultivate the courage to embrace the unknown and embody new ways of living. Together, we nurture leadership as a shared responsibility — empowering each of us to take part in the transformation toward just and regenerative cultures.
