Co-creating just and regenerative futures

Co-creating just and regenerative futures

Our innate inter-dependence with the planetary ecosystems calls us to social and ecological justice for all life on Earth.

We believe the unprecedented crises of our time challenge us to reimagine what it means to be human: inter-connected, compassionate, and in service of life.

By hosting a space of co-creation, authentic expression and community, we cultivate the courage to embrace the unknown and embody new ways of living. Together, we nurture leadership as a shared responsibility — empowering each of us to take part in the transformation toward just and regenerative cultures.

Vision statement

Vision statement

Creating Transformative cultures is an empowering individual and collective process of re-imagining our relationship with the world and ourselves in a time of unprecedented challenges.

Our innate interdependence with the planetary ecosystems calls us to social and ecological justice for all life on Earth. We honour the interconnectedness and sacredness of the natural world, with human beings nestled inside the whole.

We observe that the unfolding planetary and humanitarian crises are in their essence a crisis of consciousness and a lacking embodied sense of that very interconnectedness. Here at the edge of the Unknown, we are asked to imagine regenerative ways of being human.

At the core of this journey, lies the capacity for authentic expression and connection, vulnerability and compassion. We recognize these qualities as invaluable for navigating complexity and conflict with an open heart.

In this course, we aim at expanding these capacities through both the power of community and interpersonal process work.

We create a playground by welcoming the creative tension between known and unknown, where we are and where we would like to be. Here we celebrate the power of co-creation and all that emerges during this process.

Empowering ourselves to find our role in overcoming traumatizing cultures hostile to life, also means searching for new concepts of leadership. Learning leadership reframes stagnant power from a hierarchical position to a dynamic skill that everyone can develop. It emphasizes continuous curiosity and growth, shared responsibility, and the ability to catalyze needed cultural transformation through example rather than authority.

We believe that empowerment is a shared journey, guiding us in the response-ability of the web of life.
